Taylor Autumn Newborn Shoot

Before I left to do Taylor's newborn shoot, Shelby (my welsh terrier) and I went for a little walk in Irene. We took along Vana's pruning shears...

I had such a fun time working with this little baba. It was a bit cold ( I learned that babies cant regulate their own temperature) the heater was of great help to Taylor not so much for me as I was sweating like I have never done before on a cold day.. lesson learned next time I will make sure to wear short sleeves underneath.

Ilse or Ziggy as we know her, allowed me so much freedom as photographer. I have always been nervous to work with babies as I don't have any of my own. She was truly encouraging and put me at ease by trusting me with her precious daughter. I must say this makes a big difference, and I felt very lucky that that trust was given to me. As for babies go, she really is beautiful.
